The Pearl Qater is a $15 billion, Riveria style reclaimed island off the shores off the capital of Qatar, Doha. The island includes nearly 1000 acres of land and 18 miles of coastline, is the largest real estate development in the country and the first to offer freehold and residential rights to international investors.
The four-phase development comprises 10 distinct districts. One of the first districts to be developed was La Plage Villas West, a residential district comprised of large Mediterranean style villas, each with exclusive beachfront property. 6 Mediterranean style villas were developed for the district, ranging in size from 4,700 SF to 11,000 SF, and including 3 to 6 bedrooms.
Generously appointed landscapes were developed for each of the 6 villa types, each including a large drop-off area, generous parking court, entry court, pool deck and private beach access. As irrigation water is precious and costly in the region, the residential landscapes were designed to limit the irrigation footprint by utilizing generous amounts of regionally available stone paving.
La Plage Villas West were very exceedingly popular, resulting in quick sales of all available lots in a very short period.
